September 16, 2017: SpX-12, the latest unmanned Dragon cargo resupply mission to the International Space Station (ISS) conducted by SpaceX, has been successfully completed. Odyssey engineers supported from the Johnson Space Center Mission Control Complex as release and departure from ISS went smoothly this morning. Re-entry followed a few hours later, with successful splashdown occurring at 14:14 UTC in the Pacific Ocean. Odyssey’s role in Dragon development was extensive, including Dragon Guidance Navigation and Control (GN&C) and System Engineering design support, as well as Independent Verification and Validation of all safety critical software.
